Refund Policy

Last Updated: March 6, 2026

Navjot Singh operates https://navjotsinghonline.com and offers digital products, educational resources, consulting, implementation services, and other online services.

This Refund Policy explains when payments are refundable and when they are not.

1. General Policy
All purchases made on this website are final.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for most digital products and services because of the immediate access to proprietary information, digital delivery, time allocation, planning, and service capacity involved.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy before completing your order.

2. No Refunds for Digital Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the specific sales page, we do not provide refunds for:
- Digital downloads
- E-books, templates, guides, checklists, prompts, swipe files, or documents
- Recorded trainings, workshops, video lessons, or audio content
- Membership access, private resources, or bonus materials
- Software-related setup documents, implementation frameworks, or digital toolkits
- Any other downloadable or access-based digital product

This is because digital products are considered delivered once any of the following occurs:
- The product is downloaded
- Access credentials are sent
- The member area or resource portal is opened
- The product link, files, or protected content are made available

Once access has been granted or delivery has occurred, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. No Refunds for Services Once Work Is Scheduled or Started
We do not offer refunds for services where time, planning, review, analysis, consultation, implementation, or support capacity has already been allocated.
This includes, without limitation:
- Strategy calls
- Consulting sessions
- Done-for-you or done-with-you services
- Funnel setup, SaaS setup, automation setup, email setup, or implementation work
- Custom audits, custom research, custom reviews, or custom planning
- Any service involving reserved calendar time or manual effort

If a service has already been booked, scheduled, started, partially delivered, or completed, it is non-refundable.

4. Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase
It is the buyer’s responsibility to evaluate the offer before purchasing.

Before buying, you should review:
- The offer description
- What is included
- The delivery format
- Eligibility or suitability for your needs
- Any prerequisites, timelines, and limitations

If you have questions, you should contact us at support@navjotsinghonline.com before purchasing.

We do not provide refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Lack of use
- Lack of time
- Failure to read the sales page
- Failure to attend a scheduled session
- Incorrect expectation not promised on the sales page
- Buyer misunderstanding after purchase
- Business, income, or implementation results not meeting expectations

As your site appears to sell education, tools, and services, that last point matters especially: outcome-based dissatisfaction is not the same as non-delivery, and earnings or business results cannot be guaranteed. Payment processors also recommend that merchants use clear policies and direct communication to reduce disputes.

5. Limited Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following narrow situations:

A. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the exact same product or service due to a technical error, we may issue a refund for the duplicate charge after verification.

B. Non-Delivery
If you paid for a product or service and did not receive access or delivery due to a technical issue on our side, we will first attempt to provide the purchased product or service. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

C. Billing Error Caused by Us
If there is a clear billing mistake caused directly by us, we may correct the charge or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Except for the limited cases above, all sales are final.

6. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy for Calls or Appointments
For any strategy call, consultation, or scheduled service:

If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the payment is forfeited. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

One reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Missed calls, abandoned sessions, or inactivity do not qualify for a refund.

7. Subscription, Retainer, or Ongoing Service Payments
If we offer recurring services, retainers, or subscription-based access:

You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date if that option is offered in the specific plan.

Already processed payments are non-refundable.

Partial use of a billing period does not create entitlement to a partial refund.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact us first at support@navjotsinghonline.com
and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal.

By purchasing from this website, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
- You understand the nature of the product or service being purchased
- You agree to this Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, and any offer-specific terms shown at checkout or on the sales page
- You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons that are contrary to this policy, including dissatisfaction unrelated to non-delivery or proven billing error
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to present evidence in response, including where applicable:

This Refund Policy
The sales page and checkout terms in effect at the time of purchase
- Order records and payment confirmation
- IP logs, timestamps, and access logs
- Download logs or member access history
- Delivery confirmations
- Email communications
- Calendar booking records
- Work logs, drafts, questionnaires, or submitted deliverables

That evidence approach aligns with how Stripe and PayPal describe handling disputes: merchants respond with records and supporting material, while the card network or payment platform decides the case.

9. Abuse, Fraud, or Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, or deny future purchases where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Threatening or abusive conduct
- Unauthorized sharing of purchased materials
- Misuse of digital access or service resources
- Where permitted, we may also suspend access to products, programs, downloads, memberships, or services connected to a disputed transaction.

10. Refund Method
If we approve a refund, it will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction, not to any alternate account, wallet, or person. Stripe states refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

11. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, may take a reasonable number of business days to appear depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

12. Governing Terms
This Refund Policy should be read together with our:
- Terms and Conditions
- Privacy Policy
- Disclaimer
- Earnings Disclaimer
If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
